- Fluorinated water will slow weight loss and most tap water is flourinated, so drinking pure spring water is recommended.

- Omega-3 fatty acids and GLA can be included as they increase metabolism and help burn fat. Omega-3 foods include unrefined cold pressed flax seed oil, 2 teaspoons per day or three tablespoons of the seeds will help sluggish digestion.
