I am deeply passionate about merging Ayurveda and natural health practices to empower people to feel their best.

My Credentials

I currently own and operate a private practice in Santa Cruz, serve as a faculty member, clinical supervisor, and practitioner at Mount Madonna College of Ayurveda, as well as an herbal and Ayurveda instructor at Cabrillo Community College.

I graduated with distinction on the Dean's Honor List for my Doctorate in Naturopathy and hold a Master of Arts in Ayurveda. I am also certified Nutritional Consultant and Master Herbalist.

My experience includes private practice, organizing and leading international study abroad programs, conducting local workshops, facilitating online courses, and participating in significant scholarly conferences.

My approach is grounded in a holistic framework, prioritizing a thorough assessment of the individual rather than solely addressing symptoms.
